The Duralight system is made of polypropylene copolymer (PP) which gives it the following characteristics:

      • The FERSIL brand for PVC-U pipes solid wall, according to EN 1401, is presented in grey colour, with sockets for TPE lip-ring.
      • They have excellent mechanical resistance to impact and a good combination of ring stiffness with flexibility, which allows their installation in buried networks between 0.8 m and 6 m.
      • These pipes are designed for use in buried drainage and non-pressure sewerage, with different ring stiffness classes suitable for the depth and the places where they are installed (with or without road traffic).

          Water Supply

          PVC (duplicate)


          FIL presents a system of PVC-U pressure pipes, of high strength, strongly implemented in the market, having a high level of satisfaction from our customers:

          • Reference standard EN ISO 1452;
          • W Series - water supply for human consumption, from the extraction to the buildings structure;
          • Dark grey colour (type RAL 7011);
          • Jointing system with sockets for elastomeric pressure seals (JA) in EPDM (they don't support the background effect and that's why installation anchor points must be implemented);
          • It is designed for cold water supply (20 °C to 45 °C) with a diversified operating pressure (10 to 16 bar).

          FIL presents a highly flexible PE100 pipe system, with excellent efficiency in the water transport capacity, with low cost installation and a guarantee of the quality of the joining systems:

          • Reference standard EN 12201;
          • Series W - for water supply for human consumption from the intake to the entrance to the building;
          • Black colour with blue stripes;
          • Supplied in coils of 50 m and 100 m in pipes with diameter up to 110 mm and in rods of 12 m or 6 m in diameter up to 630 mm;
          • Joining methods by butt-fusion, or with electro-fusion fittings or with mechanical fittings;
          • It is designed for water supply at a diversified operating pressure up to 6 bar, 8 bar, 10 bar, 12.5 bar, 16 bar, 20 bar and 25 bar, with an operating temperature from 20 °C to 40 °C.

            Optical Fibber



            FIL Tubos has developed a range of HDPE (high density) pipes, with highest strength to internal pressure. They are especially designed for long-distance installation of optical fibber networks, with the introduction of the cable by high- pressure blowing techniques (up 10 to 14 bar). They are supplied in 500 m or 1000 m coils equipped with removable plugs at both ends, which prevents animals or rubbish from entering into pipe, until the optical fibber cable is installed, thus allowing seamless installation between boxes. They are presents in colour black with orange/red, green or blue stripes, which serve to signal the different ducts when installed in parallel. They can be manufactured with a smooth inner wall with a perfect surface finish or with longitudinal ribs, in order to minimize friction generated by the sliding of the optical fibber cable during the blown installation process.
