IBOTEC is a national company founded in 1983, part of the Grupo Fersil. It has always been a dynamic company focused on the most advanced solutions, constantly improving its manufacturing techniques. 

The main product, for many years, was the flexible PVC hoses, which include a wide range for garden watering and technical applications. However, the knowledge of the needs and desires of the customers contributed to the fact that, in 1996, the production of pipes for coating electrical cables, telecommunications and optical fiber began, as well as sleeves for the protection of hot and cold-water pipes. 

In 2001, IBOTEC took the market leadership with the introduction of double-walled corrugated pipes for the electrical and drainage ranges. In this era of growing competitiveness, market demands and needs, IBOTEC is increasingly investing in innovation, technological development and quality, with its Quality Management System certified by APCER and AENOR in accordance with normative reference EN ISO 9001: 2008. 

As a result of this commitment and these management principles, IBOTEC offers a wide range of products that seek to satisfy the needs of its Clients, and that provide applications in various sectors of activity.

FIL | FIL Tubos de Angola, part of the Grupo Fersil, is a plastics processing company, located in the Viana Industrial Zone, Luanda.

Since its foundation in 2007, it has always been a dynamic company focused on the most advanced solutions, in the area of infrastructure construction, agricultural irrigation and canalization in buildings. Using innovative technologies, FIL has a manufacturing unit specialized in the design, development, production and control of a wide range of pipes and accessories, for the most diverse applications, and obeying the highest quality standards.

FIL leads with innovation two of its products in the cable sanitation and protection networks.

A commitment to the continuous training of Angolan workers was revealed to be assertive to facilitate the introduction in Angola of the most advanced technologies in the manufacture of tubing systems in plastic materials.

The Construction of a Laboratory with the capacity to carry out all the tests of the reference standards, is the guarantee of the quality to which we submit our products.
FIL created a production center in Viana and a distribution and storage network, with sales points in Lobito, Lubango and Huambo.
