VD Range

Good rigidity for linear installations

VD rigid smooth tubes in accordance with EN 61386-21 are manufactured from non-flame-propagating thermoplastic material (PVC), are self-extinguishing and come in cream color. They can be used in buildings in linear connections on sight or inside walls in accordance with the Technical Rules for Low Voltage Electrical Installations (RTIEBT) and in accordance with the manual for Telecommunications Infrastructures in Buildings (ITED). The applicable accessories are for VD unions and VD bends or as an alternative, in small diameters, bends can be made on site using springs suitable for VD pipes.

ONE SHOE Range

Excellent mechanical properties

• ONESHOE General Applications pipes are made of polyethylene (PE) without flame retardant, they presents in grey.
• They can be used in buildings in box-to-box connections.
• Their corrugated profile provides excellent mechanical properties and the PET traction guide facilitates the introduction of cables.

IBOGRIS Range

PLIABLE PIPESEITH SMOOTH WALL

• IBOGRIS pipes are made of polyethylene (PE), without-flame retardants, with low smoke halogen free (LSZH), are presented in grey colour.
• Applicable to the sheathing of cables for general use, in box-to-box connections.
• Are made of a compact smooth wall, thus having good mechanical properties and are supplied with conductor pull out guide.

2WW Range

DOUBLE WALL CORRUGATED PIPES: Compression and impact resistance

• The 2WW double wall corrugated pipes (smooth inside) are made of polyethylene (PE) free from heavy metals and halogens in accordance with standard EN 61386-24, for buried pipes protecting electrical cables (in red) or telecommunications cables (in green).
• Its profile provides good resistance to compression and impact, maintaining the flexibility that is relevant in an underground installation and facilitates the introduction of cables:
  • Series L250 (light impact and 250 N in compression)
  • Series N450 (normal impact and 450N in compression)
• These pipes are supplied in 50 m coils (with PET pull out conductor) or in 6 m rods including a cuff at one end that gives the joints an IP43 rating.

2DREN Range (duplicate)

High strength

FIl Tubos presents a set of tubes Perforated polyethylene (PE), of high flexibility and mechanical strength, with two types of wall construction according to the UNE 53994 and adapted to the requirements of the installation:

• Single wall (type C1) in class SN2, supplied in roll with couplings
• Double wall (type C2) in class SN4 supplied in pole with couplings

The ONE SHOE colors is a tube made from HDPE and complements the 2WW range of tubes. Its profile provides good resistance to compression and impact, maintaining the flexibility that is relevant in a buried installation and which facilitates the introduction of cables:

• Series L 250 (light impact and 250 N compression)
• Color red (electricity) or green (telecommunications).
